Mariaburgse Feesten

For the Mariaburgse Feesten, it was essential to develop a modern and user-friendly website along with an efficient registration app for the flea market. The challenge was to enable dynamic management of the program and streamline the registration process.

Website in Webflow

To present the festival in an appealing way, we created a custom design in Figma and then implemented it in Webflow. The focus was on:

• Dynamic program management: The neighborhood organization needed to easily update the program via Webflow's CMS.
• User-friendliness: Providing an intuitive experience on both mobile and desktop.

Flutter App for Registrations

To optimize the registration process for the flea market, we developed a Flutter app:

• Online payment: Integrated with MultiSafepay to complete registrations instantly.
• Realtime backend: Firebase Functions for quick processing and validation of registrations.
• Admin dashboard: A built-in Flutter web application for organizers to easily generate an Excel export and manage registrations.

Result

Thanks to this solution, managing the festival program ran smoothly, and flea market participants could complete their registrations quickly and easily. This resulted in a more efficient organization and an improved user experience for both visitors and organizers.
