- Belgian law applies to this agreement.

- In the event of a dispute, only the court of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction.

- Invoices must be paid within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt.

- Any payment not made on the agreed due date shall accrue interest at a rate of
0.8% per month, by operation of law and without notice. Furthermore, any invoice not paid
